JOB DESCRIPTION

The work as a support assistant is based on individual implementation plans and job descriptions with the aim that the user should have the opportunity for a meaningful life and feel involved in their daily life. The work includes mapping skills and support areas to find the right adjustments based on the users' needs.

In your work, you will accompany the users in their daily lives and support them in everything related to managing their home, cooking, leisure activities, and relationships with relatives. The job also includes delegated health and medical tasks as well as documentation. Working hours are day/evening/every other weekend.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has/is:

• trained as a nursing assistant with a focus on disabilities, a preschool teacher, or has another equivalent education.
• experience in social documentation.
• good computer skills.
• good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

It is strongly meritorious if you have previous experience in similar work.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and interest in working with the target group. You are attentive and should be able to adapt your approach, support, and service based on the user's needs. The work requires a high level of commitment, personal responsibility, and creativity.
